WHAT IS BUSHCRAFT?<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Bushcraft, simply explained, is camping with equipment used up until the 20th century. The skills used in bushcraft are no new invention; quite the opposite, they are skills our ancestors used in daily life, but which modern people have forgotten today. Our goal is to teach people to re-master some of these skills.<\/p>

Bushcraft is a very broad field that includes knowledge of edible and medicinal plants, mushrooms, as well as skills such as shelter building, various primitive fire-starting techniques, hunting, forging, wood carving and whittling, leather sewing, and similar activities. This knowledge is very useful in survival situations, and also beneficial for a self-sufficient and independent life in nature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
